Hi Tony
I checked this. Everything is fine. There is just a limit to 10 images in albums since a few months. You have already more than 10 images in your albums. This is why you can create albums, but not add additional images to it at the moment. We are in the process of adding/differentiate features and offering these specifically to users who support us to say "thank you" for this. We will also be introducing moderate (not too much distracting) advertising. But it is too early yet to talk about details. We had not yet the time yet to make a schedule for this for all forums. Hopefully we can disclose more details in October... Best wishes |

To whom it may concern;
I am still having problems accessing the albums page...I get this error message...when trying to look or create... tc95, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons: Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. Thank you for your help...Tony C.

mmmmhhhh...
this seems to be a bug in the software. I guess because the user on which album you clicked has no longer the album feature activated (because he no longer belongs to this usergroup). Normally it should then not display the image at all. But it seems to display it nevertheless, but as soon as you click on it, the alert appears. Try the album images with users, who do have the Sigma-Club level and keep me updated here. It should work with those. Best wishes |

Hi
this is very strange. I tested your albums with 2 testaccounts. One time as a normal registered user, one time as a Sigma-club-member. Both worked fine with your albums. I could click on your album images on top of the forum, I could access your albums from within your profile and over the "all albums" link. Do you have this problem only with specific images? Which images exactly (names)? Are you sure that you were logged in in that moment? Best wishes |

Hi
glad to hear that. Maybe your browser had cookie problems. That happens from time to time. In that case it helps tp delete the cookies for this domainname in your browser optionc. Hit STRG and F5 at the same time and try again. If that does not help do the same and then close and open all browser windoes and make the STRG+F5 keystroke after that again. best wishes |

I can't look at any album. Just keep getting this permissions message. Does one have to have a certain user status for this?
Cheers, Peter |
